There will be a photo arbor in the gym for graduates, faculty, and families. Post-ceremonial music provided by Red Tin Box, with Andrew Fahle, Garrett LaBarge, Michael Mahn & Thomas Shahan.

The day you have been long-awaiting will soon be here! Commencement is a special time for you and for all of us here at Lyndon. We have done our best to plan a schedule of events which will make for a joyous and memorable occasion.

Guest Speaker

Ms. Jane Lindholm
Award-winning VPR host, writer, editor, blogger, photojournalist

Jane Lindholm has hosted the award-winning Vermont Public Radio program Vermont Edition since 2007, when the show became a daily fixture in the VPR schedule. She has been recognized with regional and national awards for interviewing and use of sound. Before returning to her native Vermont, Jane served as director/producer for the national program Marketplace, based in Los Angeles. She began her journalism career at National Public Radio, working on Radio Expeditions, Talk of the Nation, and Weekend Edition Saturday.

Ms. Lindholm graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Anthropology and has worked as writer and editor for Let’s Go Travel Guides. In her free time, Jane enjoys being a new mom, nature writing, and photography. She has had her photojournalism picked up by the BBC World Service and combines photography and nature writing on her blog, She lives in Monkton, Vermont.
