Whether you choose to take a back road through the Vermont countryside, ski or ride all day at Burke Mountain, visit the local Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium, or go kayaking on Lake Willoughby, you will be sure to find plenty of attractions and events to keep you busy.

While you're visiting Lyndon State, we hope you'll take time to enjoy the many attractions and recreational activities our community has to offer. There's something for all ages and interests: recreational trails, farmers' markets, arts and crafts, unique museums, and one-of-a-kind shops. Area towns have movie theaters, town holiday parades, heritage days, and other special celebrations you won't want to miss. And there are plenty of options for dining and lodging nearby. Most are locally owned and are happy to offer visitors a warm home away from home.
