At Vermont’s Lyndon State College, residents of New Hampshire SAVE $5,000 off the tuition paid by most out-of-state students (already calculated above). Students must have at least a 80 percent grade average in high school to qualify, and maintain an 2.5 grade point average while enrolled at LSC to remain eligible.
