The mission of the Office of Student Life is to provide an environment which enhances student learning and individual growth by facilitating relationships and programs intended to develop characteristics desirable in an LSC educated person. Each set of residence halls has a live-in Residence Hall Director and a staff of Resident Assistants. RHDs are professional staff members who hold undergraduate degrees. The staff participates in a comprehensive training program and is ready to answer questions, discuss personal concerns and assist in making residential life as comfortable as possible.
