- Abbey Duford, a senior student in the Department of Exercise Science will be attending the Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in 2018! Abbey was also accepted at Methodist University (an articulation partner with our program), Husson University, the University of New England, and the University of Vermont. Abbey was a rare accelerated acceptant at 4 of these 5 programs, meaning that she bypassed the interview process and was immediately accepted based on her GPA, Letters of Recommendation, and the exceptional depth and breadth of hands-on experience that she pursued through our department.
- Johanna Sargent, a senior student in the Department of Exercise Science will be attending the Masters of Science in Athletic Training Program at Merrimack College in 2018! Johanna was accepted at every program to which she applied, including Boston University, Bridgewater State University, and Moravian College. Johanna’s hard work is reflected in her GPA, Letters of Recommendation, and the exceptional hands-on experiences that she pursued through our department and our Sports Medicine Club.
- Evan Johnson, December 2017 Department of Exercise Science Graduate, has accepted full-time employment at Extra-Inning Performance (XIP) of Lyndonville. Evan was hired by XIP Owner/Founder and Lyndon Alum, Adrian Guyer ’07.
- The Department of Exercise Science graduating class of 2017 is reporting great success in their graduate studies and/or employment in the field. The class of 2017 were accepted at the following graduate schools: University of Vermont, Plymouth State University, Husson University, Ithaca College, Franklin Pierce University, University of New England, Springfield College, Merrimack College, and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
