Almost Sunrise is a film about two young Iraq war veterans, who embark on an extraordinary journey—a 2,700 mile trek on foot across America—to come to terms with their experience and bridge the wide cultural gap between veterans and civilians in the US. The film specifically explores the concepts of moral injury, suicide prevention and mental health among veterans. It uncovers paths to healing and reconnection for veterans reentering civilian life.
Tickets by donation located at the Moore Community Room foyer.
